Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the returned item.
- Ship the Item: Package your item securely and return it using the shipping method instructed.
Refund Process:

- Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days if approved.
- Please note that shipping fees are only refundable if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
